| All items will be despatched within 48 hours from time of order and payment. If an item is not available or sold, advice will be forwarded by Email. Parcels will be sent via courier or Parcel Post within Australia at a flat cost of $10. Method chosen depends on size of order and location of delivery address. There is no extra charge for packaging or handling.
Returns
All return requests are handled quickly and assessed individually. We recognise your inability to inspect goods before shipment, and check each item before dispatch for obvious faults/damage. We aim at all times to pack and dispatch items securely and safely and as such we may ask that parcels damaged or lost during shipping be taken up with the relavent organisation for a possible compensation claim.
